Avidbots expands executive leadership; welcomes Chief Revenue Officer Mark Stoll
KITCHENER, ONTARIO, DECEMBER 15, 2022 – Avidbots, a leading Canadian-based robotics company, today announced a new addition to its executive leadership team. Mark Stoll joins as the Chief Revenue Officer, and in this newly formed role, he will oversee the organization's revenue motion that is responsible for bringing Avidbots’ autonomous floor cleaning robot, Neo, and supporting fleet management and optimization software to more customers in North America and across the globe.
An accomplished sales executive, Mark arrives at Avidbots following years leading high-performing sales teams across a variety of organizations from large enterprises, including SAP, GE, and Oracle, to successful venture capital-backed startups, including ServiceMax, Sight Machine, and Conexiom. His impressive record spans multiple industries, including automation, manufacturing, consumer goods and SAAS, helping propel companies forward toward both goals and initiatives.
“I’m excited to join an ambitious and forward-thinking organization whose goals mirror my own,” explains new CRO Mark Stoll. “Avidbots has continuously raised the bar over the years in the world of robotics, delivering exceptional value and return-on-investment for their customers. At every stage of the company’s journey, they’ve matched their drive to innovate with a culture that fosters creativity and dedication. Avidbots’ greatest success is always their next one, and it’s that attitude that attracted me here. Avidbotters are pulling in the same direction, and I can’t wait to harness that enthusiasm as we revolutionize the cleaning automation industry.”
Avidbots recently surpassed the 1,000th Neo deployed, and the addition of Mark will support the continuation of Avidbots’ record growth over recent years. Mark’s knowledge and experience will prove invaluable as Avidbots brings more Neos to market with new and exciting features, continuing to reshape the next generation of employee productivity and cleaning automation for organizations’ facility management.
“We’re excited to welcome Mark to the team,” says Faizan Sheikh, CEO & Co-Founder, Avidbots. “His track record within the industry speaks for itself. His expertise and experience will add key ingredients to our executive leadership team as we seek new horizons in the autonomous floor cleaning industry.”
With the use of Neo and the Avidbots Command Center, Avidbots has been revolutionizing the robotic cleaning market since its founding in 2014.
Powered by Avidbots Autonomy, Neo understands its operating environment and takes action to maximize cleaning productivity while minimizing human intervention. Additionally, the Avidbots Command Center provides detailed reporting and performance measurement for monitoring, managing and tracking Neo remotely and in real-time.
Deploying Neo means an organization can focus its human capital on revenue-generating activities while Neo delivers an efficient and measurable clean. Combined with Avidbots Command Center, an employee has real-time intelligence highlighting what Neo cleaned, how well, what areas weren’t and why. Armed with this data cleaning efficiency can be optimized over a period of time.
Today, Neos are deployed throughout the world in various high-traffic, dynamic environments, including airports and transit hubs, manufacturing, warehousing, healthcare, education and retail environments. Organizations continue to save thousands of cleaning labor hours every single year, enabling them to redeploy their employees to other areas of the business.
